ACTION PACKED, INTERGALACTIC-DRUG INDUCED, CARTOON AMALGAM SHENANIGANS

Rickey Rat is the most famous, movie star and the most infamous mob boss in all of Cartoon City. His brother Randy is the manager of the last remaining video rental store, he only has one eye and is missing a chunk of his ear. Rickey and Randy don't talk to each other anymore due to some morbidly tattered family history, but occasionally Randy will spy on his billionaire brother.

Randy has three imbeciles that work for him named D, Gabe and Bones who call themselves The Comic Lords . Randy hires the guys to do side jobs for him in exchange for intergalactic drugs and extra vacation days. The drugs more than often have unforeseen side effects such as superpowers, curses, mind control, zombification, limb growth, inter-dimensional teleportation, rectal bleeding, thoughts of suicide, death and sleepiness. The jobs are often devious plots to undermine Rickey's underground cartoon factions. Sometimes The Comic Lords take on some freelance work in any one of the nearly infinite, copyright friendly, animated sub-worlds of Cartoon City.

Randy Rat is determined to dismantle his brother Rickey's diabolical organization and eventually strip him of his entire fortune. Even if he has to risk the lives of three dumbasses to do it.
